הצוות לא היה זמין, רוב הזמן בכלל לא היה מישהו בקבלה. בכל פעם שהייתה בעיה בחדר היינו צריכות לקרוא להם מספר פעמים עד שקיבלנו מענה. בחדר הראשון שלנו לא היו מים אז היו צריכים להעביר אותנו חדר. בנוסף החדר היה מאוד קטן וצפוף.

It was pretty close to some nice restaurants

We’ve travelled for 2 months at this point. I understand you get what you pay for, this one took the piss! When we arrived there wasn’t any toilet paper. When I asked for some I was told I had to wait until tomorrow? So two people fresh from a 5 hour ferry aren’t able to use the toilet! The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned for a month, the mirror was so bad you couldn’t really see yourself. Air con unit sounded like a helicopter coming in to land after about 30 minutes making it hard to sleep. Mattress was a 2 inch layer of foam on hard wood! Me being 6ft 2” and 110kg made that pretty uncomfortable. Then we have the mosquitos. First night went bad, just kept the bathroom door closed because they were coming through the vent ( a big hole in the wall). Then when we arrived from our day trip on night two there were at least 10 mosquitos and other bugs in the room. We tried to kill then all but couldn’t figure out where they came from this time. My girlfriend actually gotten bitten twice on the face leaving some pretty nasty marks. Night 3 was by far the worst! So many that we considered sleeping outside because it wasn’t any different. The WiFi went down. When we asked about it we were told to wait until tomorrow again! The woman at reception clearly didn’t understand how to deal with anything. We left the lang lang place feeling more fatigued and worn out than when we arrived. Don’t ever stay there if you can help it.

Kändes ofräscht, vi fick inget toapapper även om vi frågade. Konstig lukt i rummet och badrummet, duschen var ingen bra heller tyvärr.

It was a last minute booking

My room was on the 3rd floor because the double room I booked didn’t have a toilet that worked, no toilet paper, literally zero water pressure, bed was not a double. I requested transport to the airport and the receptionists messed it up. Ended up nearly missing my flight and paying double what was originally told.
