"Booked because I had no other options, the result is a cheap hostel experience."

24/7 reception, price (but allegedly it was highly discounted).

The bedsheets were so dirty I couldn't bring myself to sleep in them; the reception accepted payments only in cash (and tried to charge me almost 1000 INR more than I supposed to) there was no toilet paper in the bathroom; fairly run down facilities.
