The flat was just as it is described in the listing. All the little things that make a place exceptional were there, which you need for a few days' stay, but would not want to buy. A microwave, olive oil, salt, napkins, bottle opener, sharp knives, soap and showering gel in the bathroom proved that Francesca and her family really care about their guests' comfort. The flat was comfortable, and well equipped. The location was good too - a 15-minute walk to the station. The centre of town is a bit further. There are a few smaller supermarkets nearby. I would definitely stay here next time too.

The property was spotless and well appointed. Check-in was very easy and I was shown everything I needed to know by Francesca who was lovely. The neighbourhood is very nice with a lot of shops right next door - a supermarket and pharmacy plus others. There’s a huge balcony with a view to the water which is lovely. It’s within very easy walking distance to restaurants, the historic centre and the train station. I would very happily stay here again.

Excellent location, steps away from pharmacy, Foccacaria, laundry, supermarket, and more. Host John Franco and Francesca were very accommodating. I would definitely return.

The owner and his daughter are two of the most wonderful people. Helpful and friendly at every turn. The apartment itself is spacious, very clean, bright and has everything one could need including an extensive outdoor area.

I liked everything, the only thing I could possibly say as a negative is that it's a tiny distance outside the touristic area of the town But in truth .. what is a 15 minute walk? ... It's almost perfect

The location was great. The host met us at the door even though we were several hours late. Location was steps away from food, drinks, shopping. The house has a great balcony! It was exceptionally hot, the two a/cs in the house did a great job of keeping it very comfortable. All amenities worked great. Internet supported the whole family comfortably. The house was spotless, The kitchen was well appointed. We all agreed that we would choose to come back here without hesitation.

I can't say there was anything we didn't like.
