Nice hotel, good staff, the room is always clean and bright. You can use the gym and swimming pool of the neighboring large hotel, which is a 5-minute walk away. We didn’t go to the sea, so I can’t say anything about the distance to the sea and the quality of the beach and water.

Very, very expensive breakfasts: 11-12 dollars (400 baht) per person. Such a high price does not correspond to the range of breakfasts, country and region. It was unpleasant and left a negative memory of the hotel. Breakfast in a hotel of this level should not exceed 200 baht per person. There is no opportunity to have breakfast nearby, there are no cafes, no restaurants that offer breakfast, or these restaurants are very dirty. Unreasonably expensive breakfasts are a big minus for the entire hotel and a mistake of the hotel manager. For this reason, I do not recommend this hotel for bed and breakfast. Unfortunately, it is not possible to set the desired temperature in the room; the temperature control in the room does not work. The room was very cold when the A/C was on or hot when the A/C was off. For these two reasons, the overall rating for the hotel was reduced.

I was able to use the pool and beach area of the neighboring Zign - Hotel, which was great! Very clean, modern, high-class, and quiet rooms. Everything worked fine. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Very good, european Coffee-Machine in the Breakfast area.

Breakfast more for asians suitable than europeans (except for the great coffee) and a bit overpriced. Area around the hotel seems not the very best, but felt safe enough.

Very clean room. Located in close proximity to The Sanctuary of Truth museum.

No room service available, even though advertised on Booking.com. Staff speak average English, I had to use Google Translate to explain my questions. Arriving late, their security staff turned my taxi away and we almost drove off, no questions asked. I had to stop the car and demand to go back to the building 😅 Breakfast options at the hotel's restaurant are acceptable, but limited. I had to look for other places to eat, which are not easily available in the neighborhood. This isn't a very busy corner, just a few business around. I opted for a taxi ride to a shopping mall to eat.
