This is a very nice guest house at excellent location in the heart of Tolo. Ideal place for family vacation, spacious living room, kitchen, slipping room upstairs and two bathrooms with modern new furniture made our vacation very pleasant. The main town beach is just 200m away, sandy and clean. Many supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants are within 100-400m. Parking place was also available. During the night the house was quite, there was no much noise from nearby hotels. WiFi was of excellent quality.
The small window in the bathroom upstairs may need a screen (protection net) - not many mosquitos in Tolo, btw - like all other windows already have. The shower drain in the downstairs bathroom could be better.
