Ubicació espectacular amb molt bones vistes. Cuina i menjador d'un sol espai molt ben decorat i comode. Caseta molt original i bonica.

Per arribar a la casa has de saltar la valla de la carretera i no esta indicat, sort vam tenir de les indicacions que ens van passar abans d'arribar amb fotos. Habitació petita, bany molt petit i incomode, sobretot la dutxa amb sostre inclinat. Vam trobar coses brutes pero ens ho van compensar.

The idea of a boathouse conversion and the location.

Bed in main bedroom too small for two to sleep really comfortably. And some authentic interior decoration would add a lot of the charm to this property.

"House itself is clean and nice but there are a couple of uncomfortable things."

Clean and well maintained, really good view and a lot of kitchen tools available.

The paths are blocked by a guardrail so a little uncomfortable, window is facing east so cant see sunset, washer and dryer is under a trapdoor. For cars you can park on the grass across the house (basically next to the road), didnt mention that anywhere.

Location, view, uniqueness. Really charming.

Rustic comfort, but it's part of the game. The shower is really cramped and tiny. No washing machine, contrary to description.
