Everything was perfect, from the safe and secure location. Comfortable with all facilities. The location was 100% great, on the canal, 2 mins walk from all the restaurants/bars. But above all the hosts were magnificent, with all the flooding that had been south of the region the weeks before, Stefania and Guicamo, went out of their way finding out the latest information on train services, booking taxis/translating etc. Even walking us to the Taxi rank. We would have been lost without their help, they made our holiday possible. We were greeted with wine and cakes on arrival. We will book here again when we go back.
