Location nice. Friendly staff. Room was really big

Was hair left in the tub from previous people. Previous person put a toothbrush in the bathroom light fixtures and wasn't taken down by room service. I like really soft beds this bed was kinda too hard for me

The toilet kept running and did not flush. Overflowed every time we used it. The bed was really wobbly. TV remote did not work so couldn’t change channels. Was told I would get some money back. Never received the requested email receipt showing how much I would get back

Sofa had stains

Friendly and competent staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, free wifi, very quiet at night. This was a great value for the price and we will definitely stay here again.

The only thing that wasn't great was breakfast. There were no hot entrees at all.

Room was fine & bed was comfortable.

Staff not experienced in checking at front desk. Towels were of cheep quality that you purchase at dollar store. Bath towels were small and rough on skin. It is better not to say breakfast included since there was not a real breakfast to eat. Cheep quality coffee. Toasters buttons were broken and was a little notch to operate. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 am. At 8 am there was no coffee yet. No cream cheese, no egg. Only bread , jam , butter and a waffle maker. Watery coffee and cheap juice machine. Very disappointed. It is better not to say breakfast included then travelers do not expect anything.

Fair

It was old rundown hotel that needed a lot of work. Paint was falling off the walls just didn’t seem clean. The front staff didn’t know what they were doing.

Run down . Pool cold and dirty

Not much unfortunately.

When we arrived we were told that we hadn’t booked thru y’all and I showed the receipt. We were still made to pay again directly with him. This was credited later. The hotel was really warn and the dirty carpet in our room was completely nasty. I didn’t sleep a wink worrying about our car and bed bugs. A very unpleasant stay. The room fee of 175 was rediculous. It was more par with a motel 6 or super 8. Needs attention. We are in a double tree tonight for 145 and it is top shelf.

Location was great and rooms were big

Beds were not comfortable at all. Staff were never present. Price was extremely high for the quality. Was fairly clean but was very outdated. Also housekeeping did not come clean? I know some hotels are starting to do that but would’ve been nice to know.
