Inspite of paying extra for a bigger room, I was provided a small dingy dirty room. Breakfast was included in the price however was not provided. I checked out in a day inspite of paying for 2 days

It was clean

The rooms were so small and suffocating, the bathroom was so tiny that one could hardly move. I don't understand how they call it deluxe double room when there is hardly any space to walk around.

Good and friendly staff Clean place, easy to find, they have their own restaurant

No lift so be careful if you are traveling with an elderly

1)AC was not working well in May 2)Toilet was unclean 3)Toilet window glasses were missing, i had to hang a towel to cover the window. 4)the tap wouldnt close, water was getting wasted 5)No lift available

Hotel was clean.

Staff was not good. Even though breakfast was included,they told it is not. In the morning,I called customer care and on checking they said it is included.. When we arrived at reception,again they said that breakfast is not included. After making few calls to someone they agreed . But that was not the end. The hotel restaurant is closed in the morning. I came to know that hotel orders parcel from other restaurant and then serves us in room which is not very hygienic. There is hardly any place to sit in room except bed. Finally after lot of discussion, hotel agreed that, we go to restaurant, eat there and fabhotel pays it back to us on submission of bill which they did.
