"Nice, new, clean place near the beach."

Get a room on the highest floor - you'll have to climb more stairs but you'll be able to see the sea. We rented a scooter and went all around. You can walk to the beach and there are many restaurants. At night they bring the tables to the waters edge and serve seafood by candlelight!

There wasn't much food choice at the hotel but it is ok because there are so many good restaurants around.

"nice place a bit overpriced"

clean, modern, main area next to the beach.

My room was really good, however in my opinion it is a overpriced. you can still get the same value for less price in the area.

"Perfect stay with all comfort"

Big room with all comfort, A/C and wifi. Nice seaview. The hotel located in the heart of the Unawatuna beach. Amazing food and extra friendly staff. Perfect coffee is available. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. We had a nice stay there, highly recommended.
