The apartment is large.

The apartment was dirty with cockrouches all over the place. The sheets had holes. The building entrance and the elevator were the dirtiest places I have ever been.

"Central location perfect for family and for further travel to Zanzibar."

Location is good and everything you need close. There is enough space for a family with 3 sleeping rooms and a sitting room. Also the ferry is very close perfect for travelers to Zanzibar. The owner of the apartment were very helpful. We forgot a watch and they helped us to get it back smoothly.
