The property is near to almost everything. NSK just below, good restaurants just meters away and near to the highway. From up there you can see how’s the traffic situation & can plan your journey accordingly.

It is a little bit hot during the day because it’s a corner apartment with lots of windows and facing the sun. Best way to deal with it is to change the aircond from 1hp to mybe 1.5hp to 2hp. Especially at the living area. And one more thing to highlight, the toilet gave an unpleasant smell like it coming from the septic tank. This is not the host fault but maybe you can escalate this issue to the apartment management so they can look into it since you paid for the maintenance fee.
