Eva's House

The studio is brand new, very modernly designed and extremely clean. Everything was excellent ! The bed is extremely comfortable. There is everything you need. I can say that this is the best studio I have been in Greece. It is on the level of a 4-5 star hotel. The hosts are extremely kind and friendly people. In the room we found a bottle of wine, could water, different types of coffee and a small present with a variety of typical Greek products. I would most definitely recommend Eva’s House.

From the moment you open the door at Eva's house you feel magic is happening like in a fairytale. You are the royal, everything is prepared to welcome you in style, impeccable and luxurious. All is brand new, 5 stars, comfortable and pleasant. Eva the owner of the house like a fairy with a magic stick is ready to fulfill your every wish. Pay attention, Eva's house creates addiction, so you feel the need to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything.

From start to finish my stay at Eva’s house was fantastic. So clean and comfortable and there was even snacks and a bottle of wine waiting for me. Best accommodation I’ve stayed at in Afytos. Cannot wait to go again

Extremely clean, new and well stocked apartment with everything you need. It had all the amenities. Very kind hosts.There is a provided space for cars. We are very satisfied with the whole family and would visit again at the first opportunity! :)

We loved our stay at Eva's house! Communication with our host, Eva was fluent and very pleasant, she contacted us soon after we booked her place, to ask about the time of arrival, as we booked on the same day. Eva is a wonderful host, very kind and easy-going and enjoyable to talk to. Actually the studio was so well equipped and we didn't have absolutely anything additional to ask for, but she helped us with advising us on the open restaurants and other questions we had regarding Kassandra. The studio is spacious enough for two persons, very well designed, with a small kitchenette where you will find a coffee machine with capsules, kettle for greek coffee, device for frappee, and filter-coffee machine, refridgerator and a sink. Eva welcomed us with a bottle of wine and fresh fruits. There were also snacks for breakfast. The bathroom is beautiful, with a special heating on the mirror to dry off the steam. We were delighted to find a small present with a variety of Greek products. The bed is very comfortable, the AC swuitches on automatically, the lighting is perfect for all kinds of moods and needs (something that in hotels is usually not that well thought of), the house is very well constructed, with insulation, and when you close the windows there is no noise from the street that could bother you. There is a small veranda in front of the studio, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in the evening and contemplate life. There is a bigger table around the corner where you can also have dinner. Apart from English Eva speaks very good Bulgarian and is always happy to help. I cannot recommend more a place to stay when you want to visit Kassandra, Halkidiki.

Eva’s House is at about 300 m from the Afytos square, and with that close to everything you need. It’s renovated, exceptionally clean, and very well equipped with everything one might need. The hosts are amazing people and they made our stay incredibly comfortable. I would most definitely recommend this property!

If you are looking for clean, modern, excellent service then you are in the right place. We have been to many places in Greece, but this one left the biggest impression on me. The hosts are wonderful people. Warm recommendation.
