Foi aceitável mas não vou marcar mais até ter a certeza que têm condições de remodelação pois o quarto tem paredes com humidade e cheirava a mofo.

I liked only location it's near to center of city

​No Reception Staff: There is no reception staff; there is only one person I can communicate with via messages. ​Poor Customer Service: This person is unprofessional in responding to customers. ​Hostel as a Mailing Address: I discovered that the hostel is a hub for many immigrants who use it as their permanent address. ​Security Concerns: The external door password is fixed, and the mailbox is next to the external door. This meant I frequently saw people who were not staying at the hostel opening the external door to check their mail, leading one to wonder what life is like inside. ​Cleanliness/Housekeeping: Regarding cleanliness, I stayed for two weeks and the bed linen was never changed. Unlike other hostels that change sheets every 3 days, mine were never changed at all. ​Room Size Discrepancy: The room I booked was advertised on their website as having only six beds and a wardrobe. When I arrived, I found a large refrigerator was also placed in the room, which made it smaller. ​Noise/Comfort: All the beds are made of an old/worn-out material that produces a disturbing noise when you sleep on it, which prevents deep sleep. ​Kitchenware: The kitchen utensils are heavily used/worn out... Sem Funcionário na Recepção: Não há rececionista; há apenas uma pessoa com quem só consigo comunicar por mensagens. ​Mau Atendimento ao Cliente: Esta pessoa não é profissional ao responder aos clientes. ​Hostel como Endereço Postal: Descobri que o hostel é um centro para muitos imigrantes que o utilizam como endereço permanente. ​Preocupações de Segurança: A palavra-passe da porta exterior é fixa e a caixa de correio fica ao lado da porta. Isto significa que via frequentemente pessoas que não estavam hospedadas no hostel a abrir a porta exterior para verificar a sua correspondência, o que nos faz questionar como é a vida lá dentro. ​Limpeza/Serviço de Quartos: Em relação à limpeza, fiquei durante duas semanas e a roupa de cama nunca foi trocada.
