GBLoved the facilities, decor, access to buses and we are right in the heart of B &H, also parking is so close by! Our host Jennifer was lovely and attentive and even extended our check out time, the guide she provides was so helpful and made us feel so welcome in our home for the weekend ❤️
Can't fault anything
GBBeautifully presented property that benefits from a great location on a lively street in Hove. The street is a pedestrian zone during the day and has a lively atmosphere with almost every possible shop and amenity you might need. There are supermarkets nearby and eateries that are pretty reasonably priced. It quietens down at night so we weren’t disturbed. The flat was really nice and looked exactly like the photos.There were lots of individual touches that added to the welcome. We also booked parking. This was a couple of minutes walk away. We took wheeled suitcases so it wasn’t an issue and we were relieved to know we didn’t have to mess around trying to find street parking.
We struggled with the electronic door lock as we didn’t realise that you had to input a # after your individual code number, but we worked it out. The beds are very firm. If you like that kind of thing you’ll be fine. We struggle, so did take a mattress topper. Not an option for everyone though.
AUBeautifully presented, a real oasis. Inclusion of parking was really helpful. The host was very lovely. The host kindly included some kitchen basics including breakfast cereal and snacks. Plus a bottle of champagne! Very generous!
Everything was amazing but it would have been helpful to understand how to access the property. We weren’t aware that you can’t drive down the road between 10 and 4 pm so this made dropping off luggage a little tricky. The flat is located about shops in a shopping precinct. It’s about a 40 minute walk to Brighton.
GBThe blurb almost never matches the reality: this apartment is a refreshing exception. Stylish, well-equipped and comfortable, it is in the top bracket: the Manchester City of rentals. Very thoughtfully designed, converted and finished. The provision of parking is brilliant - this is rare in B&H.
The addition of wi-fi would be useful. Some advice about access to drop guests and luggage off (and then, later on, pick them up) would be good. I speak as someone with disabilities.
