3 Bedroom house, close to woodland, chesterfield and peak District

Access to the property was very straightforward, all the equipment to make an evening meal was present. Plenty of hot water, powerful shower. Pretty woodland walks at the bottom of the road. Good value for money, would book again.

Not a luxury break but very good value for money

Great value for money 😃 11am clock out so nice lay in 😃 Much bigger than expected 😃 Comfortable 😃 Tea/coffee/milk/sugar and biscuits left on arrival which was a nice touch as we were dying for a cuppa after a long drive back from Scotland. Everything needed for short stop over. Nice lady came over to replace a bulb as no light in lounge ceiling ( we found a lamp so sufficed ) and she gave us more towels. Very helpful when contacting them directly.

Gate locking catch needs replacing. Bathroom lock needs screwing back. Pair of scissors. Small things only.

The accommodation is clean, everything you need is available to use,very quiet area. You can relax after a long trip and activities from Chatsworth House. Good communication with the host and check-in really smoothly.

Location & white goods. Decor.

No sheet on one double bed. Windows grubby. Bathroom cold.

Comfortable and clean - a lovely place to stay

Had all the amenities you needed. There is a fantastic walk at the end of the street, through some woods which I absolutely loved. Also there was a shop nearby which we walked to

The property was spacious, comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything we needed and the location near the woodland was wonderful!

The place was sufficiently well kept, nothing off-putting about the decor etc. ; everything worked, everything necessary was provided. Perfectly easy 'check-in and out' (i.e., keys in a keysafe). Problem-free. Reasonable price.

Hardly anything; maybe a couple of the cupboard joints need tightening up (moved a bit on opening / closing door!), but as I say, no real issues with the property itself. Very few eateries within waking distance, but plenty in Chesterfield, only a couple of miles away, no trouble by car.

Lots of space in the house. It was clean and had everything you needed.

We had an issue with the internet, but the host came over and sorted it out for us, which was fantastic.
