It’s close proximity to the Staten Island ferry, free parking (!), the comfort of the room, and the hospitality of the host

Although we felt very safe inside the property, parts of Staten Island can feel a little rough. There was also food left on the stove, so I may have overlooked this in the description, but it may help other travelers to know that the kitchen is shared.

Fully equipped apartment, very nice and comfortable. Easy walk to the ferry which takes you straight to Manhattan.

Everything, was a terrific place to stay while exploring Manhattan. Walk to the free ferry and away you go.
