Breakfast is always spot on. We always have Anny and her sister for years wait on us. Few times omlettes undercooked because cook in hurry

1) Toilet always ran, mentioned front desk, still not fixed 2) Call Valet with room # …. Gentleman asked what i neeeded. I said is this valet or kitchen?? 3) House keeping sent (2) pillows wet in middle?? Of course 11:30 at night before replaced 4) Dinner and show, Servers new for sure. Could not keep water in glasses i ate there one in facility never again 5) always construction or crap next door. Reall pay $3000 a night to listen to jack hammers at 8:00 am. Used to get letter stating or apologize. Nothing now. Management is lazy at this place. 6)Busy signal for front desk after 9:00 pm 7) Request reservation for Jaya and get Jarpon instead. Easy stuff can’t get right 8)
