"Got ripped off"

They overcharged me $7,700 and when I brought it up they told me it was a standard hold (even though funds already left my account). Then said it would be refunded within approx. 5 business days. It's been 13 and I had to declare Fraud with my bank. Otherwise, facilities are outdated, not very comfortable, and definitely not worth the money.

"Definitely not a 5 star hotel"

Employees were extremely rude and unhelpful. Bed uncomfortable. Shower barely had hot water. Elevators old and one out of service. Tons of excessive charges with no explanation.

Hotel is sprawling - we had to make our way through an chicane around restaurant from our room in the art deco section to get anywhere else in the hotel / to the beach.
