Tesiste bir tek güleryüzlü çalışanlar iyidi.

Otel şehir merkezine çok uzak, kahvaltı rezalet, her şey her yer pis. İlk gün önce odamızda su akmadı çalışana yazdığımızda hemen ilgilendi düzeltti ama duşta yarım saat suyun gelmesini bekledim. Ardından kahvaltıyı yukarıdaki jakuzide alalım dedik, yukarıdaki jakuzi pislik içindeydi. Motoru çalışmadığı için kocaman ölü sineklerle doluydu, kahvaltı gerçekten yenilecek gibi değildi. Tam bir hayal kırıklığı oldu. Onun dışında otelin girişinde her yerde kocaman kurbağlar vardı… gece otele geç dönerseniz yürümek neredeyse imkansız.

The venue and friendly staff.

Needs some maintenance work done, door handle to the room was hanging off. Jacuzzi water was yellow so a little off putting. The trap door had one of the hinges hanging off and was hard to open.

From start to finish the staff were so friendly. The room was so comfortable and spacious and the kitchen area was very nice to relax around as well as the hammocks. The bed was heaven to sleep in and the bathroom was very spacious as well. We are already talking about doing another holiday to Bali to stay here for longer. Red room was clean and definitely fun.

Only staying here for 2 days, we didn't want to check out.

Away from the busy road

Aircon not strong enough during the hot day. Should install another one.
