"Great place for family"

Loved the room and location. Very clean and big. Amenities were great. pool was clean and had plenty of water toys for kids. Staff was great. Close to all shops. Big balcony.

On the beach but far walk to ocean.

The person who was received in an office was nice and helpful 👍.

The property in booking.com says it is pet friendly, but it is not. I spend time because I have to find someone to take care of my little dog.

"Ok for a couple of nights but won’t stay again."

Location. Easy booking and checking in. View was nice. Landscaping beautiful. Pool nice. Games for family. Room had plenty of towels, wash cloths, hand towels. Nice kitchen supplies. Rental company provided chairs and umbrella for free.

When getting in bed, I found that sheets were dirty. Hairs all over the sheets. Not just one! Several. Mascara on pillow case. A dirty wash cloth in shower. Sent message to property manager, went down and spoke with her, she offered to send someone to clean room. That is expected, but thank you!! When they did clean room, sheets were nice and bleached! Bed was not comfortable. Pull out bed is not either. Squeaky. On beach, but this part of Treasure Island is further away from water. I like locations further south in Treasure Island, less people. Limited parking. Only one parking pass allowed when we had more than 2 adults booked for room.

"We had a wonderful time"

The location was perfect. We rented the 2 bedroom condo that sleeps 6 for our daughter's 18th birthday. She and all of her friends has a blast! The room was clean and even included some board games and a few chairs and umbrella for the beach. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed there several times over the last several years and is always nice, love the balcony view

The shower was not as good as the other units we gave stayed in the water came coming in to the tub not the shower

"Everything was great except the bed which in my opinion is important since you need to rest 7 hours on it."

Location, view, space.

The bed was horrible, me and my husband were not able to rest, every time one of us moved or turned the bed squeaked like crazy, it’s almost like it was covered with some plastic bag. I have stayed here before and never had this problem.
