Absolutely stunning, the building was clean and beautifully decorated. The bathtub alone was a dream to sink into! Everything was just magical. The surroundings are nothing short of beautiful. The view of the night sky was breathtaking. And the lake is well stocked with some beautiful fish. We stayed 4 nights and caught 9, 1 topping my PB. Now a firm favourite of ours, we cannot wait to return.

The peg in front of the lodge is at an angle that cuts you off if someone fishes on the next peg, you can't cast more than 6 wraps out. But, there are pegs all round the lake and you have the choice so it's not too big an issue. We did manage to catch at that peg.

"Lovely quiet getaway from it all!"

It was light and airy with a beautiful view and very quiet - a real getaway from it all - we were the only visitors during our stay. It was well equipped for self catering bur also not far from restaurants
