Staff is great and helpful, room was exactly how it was shown on the photos and even more. Spacious,clean and with the necessary facilities

There are 4-5 "meyhane" (restaurants with live music) in the same street, which didn't allow us to sleep till 2am. People were singing quite loudly+ live music. If you're planning to join that fun it should not be problem for you. But, we had to stay in a hotel, in a quiet place which was impossible till.2 o'clock:) And bus-stops seem to be close, but you need to walk uphill :) About the hotel everything was excellent

Najmniejszy pokój hotelowy w jakim spałem. W pokoju brak jakichkolwiek mebli (stolika, krzeseł) jest tylko wielkie łóżko. Brak klimatyzacji. Hotel nie uznał ceny, za którą sprzedał nocleg na Booking.com, tłumacząc się pomyłką (choć po zakupie pracownik hotelu potwierdził datę i cenę). Nie mając wyboru zmuszeni zostaliśmy do przyjęcia nowych warunków.

Liked nothing in this place. Haven't stay longer than hour to give feedback, except the location, which was closed to the embassy i needed.

Booked this hotel via booking. Photos of the room were probably taken from the best suit in this hotel, as we were placed into very small room, which were dirty and veryyyy small. There were just a bed and chair, nothing else could fit in a room. We arrived at 10PM and after 1 hour just decided to leave hotel to another one closed to this location. It was unbelievably hot, outside and inside. Big surprise for me was that there are no AC's in hotel. Not even a room with UC unit. First time in my experience having hotel with no AC. Honestly, it is not written on the hotel page, but i used to think that this is must for all hotels in hot countries. I was with a kid, walking around during the midnight time for moving to another place.

Good breakfast; view from restaurant is excellent. Clean room + hospitality from personnel. Nice location for me who needed to visit one of embassies in Ankara.

The room was clean.

The wifi was terrible. It's better to say that there was no wifi in my room ( When it takes 5 minutes to download a photo in whatsapp, it's literaly bad). There was a problem with hot water. I just didn't have it the second day. When I asked the administrator to help, she ignored it. I tried 3 times and it didn't work. I had to have a cold shower. There was a balcony in my room, unfortunately, there was no lock in the door and if you opened the door once, you had to be very lucky to close it. There was a disgusting smell in the bathroom. When you asked the administrators to help, they always said "with great pleause" but they didn't do anything.
