The location is fantastic, right by a pond and just a few steps from the lake. There's a boat available for lake excursions, and the hosts are lovely. This is a pleasant place to relax for two or even a small group of friends away from the bustle of the city.

The air conditioning is listed in the description, but according to the owner, it’s mainly used during the off-season for heating. As a result, there was no remote for the air conditioner. During very hot weather, the metal roof heats up significantly, making sleeping quite uncomfortable. Opening the windows could help, but this leads to the biggest downside of this property: the lack of mosquito screens. Being close to the water, there are a lot of insects, and opening the windows for ventilation results in a swarm of mosquitoes that will keep you up all night. It would be great if mosquito screens were installed on all windows and doors (especially the large window overlooking the pond on the second floor) so that guests can create a breeze without letting in a lot of insects.
