Very good location. Clean.

Hallway is without lighting. The apartment is south facing, so on hot days, it's quite stuffy. The shower could use an investment. It's not really an apartment p9roblem, but I salute the lawnmoweing team for rigorous 7am activities. And honourable mention goes to fantastic leafblower guy that followed lawnmowers.

good position near the center, good communication with owner

There is no sink in the room to wash glasses, cups, etc. To rinse things you have to use the bathroom sink.
