"Be careful when booking this property."

The location is excellent on Manhattan Beach with direct beach access and ocean view.

The property is managed by Orange Door who double booked the house: the next tenants were given the key and arrived before we had checked out - awkward and unacceptable. Orange Door took no responsibility, are unreachable by phone and does this house a huge dis-favor. Hence the rating.
