Villa Mandee 2 Uluwatu

The location was very convenient for what we needed, it was nicely presented and clean. The beds were comfy and it was a good set up for a non family group staying together.

It was annoying that we were only provided with one set of keys which meant if we were coming home at different times and went to bed, the villa had to be left unlocked (no ability to lock from inside while the key was in the lockbox outside), which did not seem very safe. Also, the amenities provided were quite basic.

Love the layout of the villa. Beds were clean. And the villa was very spacious! Nice for 2 couples!

The sofa in the living room had a slight damp smell when you lay on it

Beds were comfortable but unfortunately couldn’t sleep in due to super loud music that started at 8am next door with people working on the house next door .

Hi we were at your accommodation one night 1-2 September and we had overall a very bad experience , listing below why : - not hygienic at all: pool , kitchen , living room floor were all dirty. Eg after walking barefoot through the ground floor our feet were black. On cutlery in the kitchen there were dried out rests of food from … previous guests maybe ? - pool and water is dirty - we could not swim in it neither our child because there was everywhere dirt inside , seems like filtering did not work . - master bedroom toilette/bathroom : bath tub was filthy and there was mold underneath it. We could only have a quick shower but we’re disgusted by the bathroom so overall not good experience. - we were woken up at 8am (!!!) by extremely loud music from workers next door ….. did not have much rest…. On top of all - we were picked up on the 2nd with a car that was way too small for our luggage and us( be aware that same person that brought us to your Villa was the one picking us up so he knew how many people and how much luggage we had ). To make it worse the guy wanted to convince us to drive with our child in a car without being bucked it - buckle on the back seat did not work. Overall pretty poor experience. However, request for a partial refund was not answered by the host - he literally ghosted us. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE - LOOKS SUPER NICE ON PICS BUT REALITY IS WAY DIFFERENT!!!

Great location, overall comfortable, excellent pool and perfect for a group getaway.

Short dirt road leading up to property, muddy and slippery when it rains. Some minor improvements/maintenance required on property. Master en-suite had a foul smell from the drain and basin was blocked. No hot water in downstairs bathroom, had to call maintenance. Poolside basin was not cleaned properly, rusty and loose taps. Building next door and neighbors dog was very noisy especially in the mornings, disturbing sleep.

The wow factor as soon as you walk in. Love the open plan layout downstairs. Staff were very attentive.
