Very comfortable and quiet house with an outside kitchen, roof terrace, a great shower and very nice hosts. Luis made sure we had everything. He left us a nice bottle of wine, some beers, coffee, tea etc. along with beach chairs and umbrellas which we didn't use. The location is a little out of town but you can walk down to the little harbour in no time and then along the promenade to the beach and town. Also, by walking towards the supermarket, if you carry on for 5 minutes, there is a tram stop which goes to Denia or Alicante and all stops in-between. The safe secure parking was great.

Gostei muito da simpatia do Luís e da Eileen que foram super atenciosos connosco tendo ligado o AC para a habitação estar fresquinha à nossa chegada, com as comodidades, do sossego que está localizada a habitação, com um supermercado mesmo ao lado e o facto de não ser muito longe da praia e de a mesma ser muito tranquila. Sem dúvida alguma que recomendo esta habitação a quem quiser ter umas férias tranquilas. Um muito obrigado ao Luís e à Eileen por tudo e para nós já são amigos da família 😃

Bonita casita en una zona muy tranquila, no le falta detalle, cuenta con todo lo necesario. Cerca de la playa. Los anfitriones muy atentos en todo momento. Repetiría encantado.

The location was lovely, an apartment in a quiet little Spanish Street, only a short walk away from the beach and the town centre. The apartment had plenty of room for 4 of us and a little courtyard and rooftop garden, ideal for sitting in the sun. All amenities and facilities for cooking etc provided. The host had left us a lovely bottle of wine and ensured we had managed to check in. We all had a fabulous time.

Very friendly host who seemed to be very worried that we might not feel comfortable. We felt very welcome in this house where a good red wine was put there for us among other small things that we could use like salt, sugar, coffee, herbs etc. Although not too big, he house is very complete and fit for 6 people. We loved the roof terrace, nice place to sit in the sun.

The house is well renovated except for the kitchen door that leads to the terrace, in winter it lets trough some cold. The house can be warmed well by the air conditioning but it is a bit of sad mainly for the owners as the heating will cost them more.
