We were on family trip and food served was half cooked and despite the same when informed the manager was not in a mood to accept the fault and instead engaged om heated verbal debate for 30minute to convince him...

Breakfast can have one more non veg

The room was good and clean. The lobby was also clean.

There was no hot water in the bathroom. I even mentioned it to the front desk in evening. However, next morning also, there was hardly lukewarm water in the taps. When you stay at a supposedly good hotel, then at least you expect to have hot water in the bathroom. The breakfast spread was average.

It had a lovely garden. Breakfast was nice! Also, each room had all the amenities you’d need.

The property seems a little outdated and paint/furniture are not kept to the standard a guest expect. Also, the restaurant’s services can improve.

comfortable bed, spacious room, staff were helpful

breakfast area was managed by 2 people and that is insufficient to manage 10-15 people in a timely manner. the guys were trying very hard but hotel management should pay attention to their workload. I could not sleep all night as workers were constructing a temporary marriage hall all night. they would wake me up with their hammers every time I’d try to sleep.
