Decent and clean

The neighbour upstairs was quite considerate, and she kindly helped me during the check‑in process. She was a pleasant and decent lady. However, the person responsible for the room, who is supposed to respond to my calls, has been unresponsive and appears to be careless and inattentive.

I experienced significant difficulty during check‑in and was left waiting outside the building for over an hour because I did not receive the three essential access codes needed to enter both the building and the room. The neighbours upstairs kindly assisted me in getting inside. I was assigned Room 2. The room was extremely warm and had no ventilation. There was no fan, no air‑conditioning, and no airflow of any kind. I asked for a fan, but they were unable to provide even that. As a result, I was unable to sleep the entire night of May 6th. Due to these conditions, I checked out on May 7th and requested a refund for the remaining two nights (May 7th and 8th). However, they refused to return the balance unless I first wrote a positive review for them. I have their written messages as proof of this request.

Extremely affordable. Not far from Whole Foods and other good markets like ShopRite. Also close to many bus and train stations.

Very quite and my belongings was safe along with my vehicle
