CLINTON HILLS - Newark

In a very convenient location & the facilities were overall very secure with several different locks to actually get inside.

The bathroom could’ve been cleaner & the refrigerator/freezer had dead gnats in it.

It had everything you needed in the room.Wash and dryer was there to use they also had silverware and dishes and pots and pans to use as well as supply the tissue for the bathroom. i love the fact that it was locked keypad on each door so I felt secure because of that.

I had to walk up 3 flights of stairs and it was clean, but it could have been cleaner.

The near airport location was very desirable. However, I tried three times on the eve of my arrival to reach the host via cell phone to no avail. I finally made contact in the late evening of my arrival at Newark International due to flight delays. I received the proper codes via cell phone. I was surprised to see such a narrow and steep stairway to the second floor walk up. Don't recall being so advised. Fortunately, at 80 years of age, I'm still in good shape. The rooms was not entirely clean for there were dusty floors, closet, broken hangers, woman's clothing in the bottom drawer of chest. Also kitchen trash was not emptied, and I found small bugs along the kitchen sink. And the bathroom rug, tub, and floors needed attention. I did advise the owner of my findings several days after I returned home from my travels in August.

Everything was great my son got married and I was able to goto the wedding. And afford a place to stay Thank you

Although the house looked slightly outdated, it was clean and comfortable. It was a good find for the price.

I was not too fond of the bathroom. I hope it can be renovated a little bit.

Room in a big house with shared bathroom. It was very convenient for my work and close to Newark airport

Good room with storage-place for your luggage, good bed, Big plus with a TV in the room. Loved that there where washing-facilities and the kitchen had everything you needed. Sharon as well was so sweet when i talked with her on the phone.

Only downside was that the bathroom was a little dirty when i arrived (But was cleaned the day after, so it was not a Big problem for the rest of my stay), But that is what you Can expect when you are Living with strangers - Maybe there could have Been a trashcan in the bathroom as well. There where also a little misunderstanding, when i arrived because i Got messages with codes for two different rooms, so i did not know which one I should stay in. But Sharon was quick on the phone, so that problem was easily fixed.
