"Customer service and reception leaves a lot to be desired on this occasion unfortunately."

Location good just inside old town walls by bus stop from airport.

Check in/reception unsatisfactory . Email query on that before hand not answered. Phone call to booking.com agent managing the property told me one thing then rang me afterwards to tell me something else. Felt unwelcome and asked lots of questions. Owner seems nice but agent not doing a good job for them.
