A&N City & Beach Terrace Apartment Torre del Mar

A lovely spacious and comfortable apartment. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. An excellent location for the restaurants, cafes and shops. A short walk to the beach. The management company were efficient and friendly. We arrived on a Bank Holiday when offices were closed. However they arranged passports and check in for us. We hope to return later in the year.

fantastic apartment, needs a new shower head and also no manuals on how to work anything, TV, washing maching. but apart from that everything else was excellent

The property is in a good location, within the main town and 5 mins walk from the beach. The property is a good size but is a little dated & could do with some refurbishment. Quick affordable wins to make guests stay more comfortable such as new bedding covers/throws for cooler nights/cushions/airer that is not broken/pegs/dinnerware & mugs/shower head

The downside - it is very noisy particularly Friday & Saturday nights which interrupted sleep.

Had a very enjoyable 2 week stay. The property is a good size and very well laid out. The majority of the furnishings and amenities are in good condition. The property was extremely clean with cleaning equipment & consumables supplied .(thank you) This enabled us to maintain the cleanliness during our 2.5 stay which we appreciated. Although on the 6th floor there is a reliable lift although I choose to use the stairs to maintain some fitness! The location is excellent. A couple of minutes from the town centre and 5 minutes to the beach. Lots of local supermarkets, cafes & bars. There is some outside noise from time to time but within the apartment block it is very quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The appliances are outdated but worked perfectly fine. The hot water does run out after just 2 persons showering but does replenish. The airer was broken along with the pegs. The bedding was clean but could be renewed. Minor details but cheap to replace for convenience of the customer
