alloggio di recentissima ristrutturazione in posizione molto comoda per recarsi a Ponta Delgada. Accessoriatissimo. Dal terrazzo splendida vista mare.Parcheggio facile nelle immediate vicinanze, spesso anche davanti alla porta di casa.

aggiungerei solo qualche appendiabiti in zona ingresso e in bagno e , all'esterno, un filo per stendere la biancheria e le slviette (anche se l'appartamento é dotato di una lavatrice con asciugatrice , molto efficienti)..ma si tratta di dettagli minimi

It was a spacious two bedroom apartment which had clearly been renovated not too long ago with a lot of light despite the fact that the bedrooms are off a long hallway. Nice bathroom with bright marble tiling and a fully outfitted kitchen.

The whole place smelled very damp, despite the fact that there was a dehumidifier which we had to empty daily. You could also see that the walls were very moist. On top of that some issues with bugs such as flies and a cockroach in the bathroom. Also it is in an upcoming area, so while there are some nice places there, there are also some rundown/demolished places.

Minden szuper volt, szomszédban egy nagyon jó halas étteremmel.

Picit dohos volt, de ez nyilván általános probléma lehet a szigeten az időjárásviszonyok miatt.

Amazing house! The views to the sea is definitely the best. The house was fully equipped, beds are comfortable and everything worked well.

Location and sea view are fantastic. All newly refurbished and well maintained.
