Viimsi Spa & Waterpark

Comfortable beds, free parking and short walk from rooms to SPA.

The rooms were outdated, with minimal/old furniture and unappealing colours. It felt more like a hostel/cheap accommodation than a SPA hotel. The reception was super modern and clean, shame that the rooms were the opposite. The cleanliness was OK but some of the areas especially in the bathroom were dirty, for example the soap dispensers did not work and were full of this moldy liquid inside (picture). Lastly, when booking, keep in mind that ”SPA access” ONLY applies to a general spa area, and not the 21+ SPA. It was confusing and misleading when booking the accomodation, since nowhere did it confirm that Viimi SPA consists of three SPAs: SPA, SPA21+, and the waterpark. We knew the waterpark was not included but were surprised to find out the ”SPA-access” did not include 21+. This was especially disappointing, since the general SPA area was full of kids who were making a lot of noise, so it was impossible to relax. This should definitely be better specified in the booking. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, like we were, book the 21+ SPA and maybe stay somewhere else, since the hotel itself is not really worth it.

More or less Spa area. If I try find something good. But price perfomance was questionable for it.

Worst experience I had. Spa area all the time ( we stay for 2 days) was slippery and no one swept it. Practically no information about the ritual of change taking place Hotel room can be described as “ Back in USSR”. Outdated, worn out. Pillows like a thin rug, and asking to exchange for a bigger one and not so worn out, I'm still waiting now :) ha ha. Hairdryer ir going to be an exhibit about last century . A hotel that positions itself as 4* offers an incomprehensible product: soap, shampoo, and conditioner, all in one container that has survived from soviet period. No even water in minibar.
