Very clean and quiet. Equipped with air conditioning which allowed for a very relaxing sleep 😄 The neighborhood looks dodgy, but on the end of the day is nice and quiet

Very spacious room and bathroom, everything was clean and tidy. The bed was extremely comfortable. We appreciated the nice welcome treat – a drink and water. The owner was very kind and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. There is convenient parking available right in front of the property. Highly recommended!

From the moment I made the reservation, Raffaele contacted me via Whatsapp and gave me all the details related to the accommodation. I kept in constant contact. The accommodation was impeccable and from the house, in addition to tea or coffee, I had a bottle of water and an aperitif. I will definitely come back.

Plenty of parking spots. Check in was easy (all done through codes). Can still easily walk into the centre of Olbia in 15 mins or so. Room was very nice.
