Our stay in this apartment was amazing! It’s right in the center of Almaty. The owner was 24/7 with us in case if we had any problems but we didn’t. The apartment is very tidy and cosy. Speed wifi, tv, the couch transfers into bed and the bed in bedroom was comfortable. The toilet is separate room from shower room which was very comfortable for the group of friends. Thank you, Svetlana, for your hospitality! 10/10

Most horrible host, As per his profile name "Aba". The moment you book the apartment the trouble will start. If you are ready to take trouble then only book it. I traveled 40 plus countries and never met such a person. I am attaching his WhatsApp messages. He treats you like a criminal and starts threatening in each time.
