Eduardo, the host is very helpful and accommodating. The property itself is clean and well maintained. Like all similar units, there us not much space but the bed in the sleeping area and the sofa bed in the lounge, are comfortable and in very good condition. The toilet and shower are also good with a powerful extraction fan to keep the humidity down and the temperature comfortable. There is a coffee machine, kettle and a rice cooker, but no other cooking facilities. However there are lots of options of eating out right outside the complex. All in all, the apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant week's stay.

No complaints about the apartment at all but the swimming pool seemed to be under maintenance/cleaning every day with different pools closed fur the day. There was always one or two pools available, so a minor inconvenience really.

I stayed in this Apartment for 9 days and everything about there is just great😊 From the location to the owner Ms. Bernadette, who did not hesitate to offer me an early check-in when i asked her, it just ho to show that the Apartment was ahead ready before my Arrival. And one important thing is that, first time i have stayed in Manila Area that i didnt have a single problem about ants or any insects in particular during my stay, i can leave food on the table in peace, which basically means that the Apartment is properly maintained☺️ Again, Ms Bernadette, thank you for all the prompt replies in all of my concerns and hopefully to see you again soon, you are the best❤️ xxxJustine

My sister stayed in this unit and had a great experience. The location is excellent—very near the mall and easy to pin on maps. It’s very convenient, accessible, and definitely great value for the money. Highly recommended.

Impressed by Ms. Leny and Sir Ed who assisted us upon arrival, so sweet and accommodating and even allowed us to have early check in at 10am. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved everything here. I highly recommend it. We will surely comeback. Thank you!
