O Boutique Hotel (Free Breakfast)

It was comfortable. The aircon is working well. The breakfast was good.

We couldnt check out early as the hotel staff was not around though they did leave a note with contact numbers. The hotel staff answered after more than an hour of trying to call the provided contact details.

Just the veranda and the meal only, totally EXCLUDING the coffee

- The room does not have table and chairs and a place to put our things. There is a table and chair at the veranda and probably they expect that as a compensation for the lack of it inside, but definitely it is not, it serves different purpose. - Very low water pressure, to think that we are at the 2nd flr. - with the addition of our 2 year old in the guests, the price difference is an additional of Php1,200. - Tagaytay and the surrounding area is known for good coffee, yet they served us pre-mixed 3-in-1 coffee. - When we got to our room the attendant did not check it before turning it over to us - AC is not working, trash bin is on top of the basin turned upside down, pail is on top of the toilet sit turned upside down, and there were no door mats anywhere. - Last which is a bit scary for me is that our access to the fire exit is unsercured. The access from the floor is open with just plants placed in front of the emergency stairs, it can go directly to our veranda, note that we are only at the 2nd floor, but though we are secured by a door from the veranda, the window's lock are broken.

Breakfast, not too bad, it just ok.

No kettle, cup or glass in the rooms, supposed to provide one each room,especially empty water jug.

Nice balkony, beds, 2 slots for parking

Difficult to find because there is no sign matching the name o boutique hotel; Traffic noise.
