Hotel Royal Inn - Electronic City

Location is ok. Cleanliness is ok.

They are offering and tell something and not fulfill their promises. Always try to demand extra money for everything. We booked a taxi to airport with them by giving advance. Next morning 6.15, when I called several times to the mob no. that they given me, the driver didn't picked up the phone. And we asked them to return the money, they refused first. But after some quarreling, we managed to get back our money. Then we booked Uber and reached airport.

size of the room no basic amenities like dustbin,electric kettle were provided, I have to ask for it. rooms were not cleaned the room shown in picture is different, I was given 403. the room size is so small that I barely get any space to move. I hurt my leg on the edges of the bed. Even after saying that I was not given any extra water bottle, they charged me in the bill, for which I have to give an explanation and after tat they remove it from the bill. My point is why someone has to go through all this when you claim your hotel to be a boutique hotel. A sheer disappointment and will never revisit the property again.

Location was easy to trace and ambience was ok

Basic requirements like dental kit were not provided ,have to ask for and room was having cigar smell ans staff were not receiving calls immediately
