This space fit our needs perfectly, as a group of 6 needing a large space to attend a race weekend, there was plenty of room to relax, make food and prepare. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot to go around to avoid too much sharing!

Being picky, a group of 6 would have benefited from having more than one toilet (we understand this can't be helped). The noise levels at later times could also be an issue if you needed an early night at the weekend.

Really friendly staff, perfect location for the family party we were attending. Was much bigger than expected and all the facilities you could possibly need, plus the convenience of the little shop on the corner for anything you may have forgotten. Excellent value for money, really comfortable beds, I had concerns about the road but couldn't hear the traffic at all. Would highly recommend and definitely book again if I ever have the need to stay in this area in the future.

Lovely spacious apartment with smart interior design in reach of Caversham, Reading and the river. Good double glazing means you can't hear the traffic. So handy for everywhere. Easy free parking.

When the music gets going at the pub it can be fairly loud. The Thursday night was ok, and it went quiet at 11. Friday night was loud until midnight. Saturday was fine. It would comfortably sleep six people but there is only one toilet.

3 bed property with very spacious living room and everything you could need available. It’s above the fox and hounds pub which was great for us, and the staff were extremely friendly and the food and drinks are great. You also get a small discount at the pub if you’re staying in the flat upstairs. We didn’t find it too noisy and slept absolutely fine however if you are very sensitive to noise like with a small baby then it might be worth considering if this is right for you.
