Bardzo skomplikowany sposób wejścia do mieszkania, bez internetu niemożliwe, klatka schodowa okropna, kod do wejścia raz działa, raz nie działa. Pomimo zapewnienia ze do godz. 10 działa automatyczne otwieranie drzwi do budynku, juz o 9:30 było zablokowane. Bardzo głośno w pokojach, trzeba zamykać okna. Prysznic tylko z deszczownicą, trudno umyć się kiedy nie planujesz umyć włosów.

Lokalizacja fantastyczna - w sercu Citta Alta. Blisko do katedry, do kolejki (jednej i drugiej - drugą - na górę - polecam szczególnie) i restauracji. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne - od lodówki i zmywarki po kieliszki i parasol. Dwie piękne sypialnie oraz salon z kuchnią, urządzone ze smakiem. Widok z jednej strony na ulicę starówki a z drugiej na kościelne wieże. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry.

Proces rezerwacyjny strasznie uciążliwy (fotografowanie dowodów i twarzy).

Self check in was really handy as we were checking in late, the apartment is fresly renovated, with a soul, everything you may need is at your disposal.

The app is at the top floor without the lift so you need to Carry all your luggage. The beds were quite uncomfortable.

The apartment is really nice and the location is perfect! Right in the middle of Citta Altta and very short walk to any of the sites, restaurants, etc. Also the bus stop for airport / Citta Bassa is only 300m away. So perfect location. I’ve read some reviews saying or even complaining that the apartment only has one AC unit right above the front door but guess what, it’s enough. It will cool down the sitting area and both of the bedrooms, my wife and daughter even said that they got cold! So yes, it works just fine. Other thing some have mentioned are the fact that there’s no elevator and apartment is on the 3rd floor so it’s 60 (I counted) steps to get in. This is true but did not bother us at all, 60 steps isn’t that bad and if you can’t handle it probably shouldn’t be traveling to Citta Altta in Bergamo anyway where you have to walk on cobbled stone roads and have lots of hills. Of course, if you have real problems with mobility, this is an issue and I would look for another place, but if not, this shouldn’t be a problem. We also had a stroller to carry up and down and still managed just fine for four nights we stayed at Casa Medea. Martino is also super good and attentive host who’s always available to answer your questions. Our Italy trip could not have started better, thank you Martino!

The apartment's location is ideal, right in the heart of la citta alta. It's really comfortable for a family of four and the owner is super nice, he was always available to answer all our questions no matter what the time was. Overall, an amazing experience!

This place is amazing. Located right in the center of the old town Bergamo. Apartment is spacious and cozy. Bus stop is about 5 minutes walking and restaurant and supermarket is right next to it. Host is really nice and provided all the useful information about stay
