U2 Hotel Wizard Palace

Damp is everywhere inside the room and bedsheet along with all clothes not so clean as I expected when I saw virtually.

Nothing

No clean rooms, roof leaking, false ceiling hanging on bed, bathroom doors not closing, no clean blankets,no TV, no hangers for Cloths, no safety locks, it was a room created on terrace by partitioning with ply boards...pathetic...why you have kept this hotel on booking.com...worst stay I had in years

We have booked the place but due to application glitch and then added extra expenses when we reached the hotel we cancelled the booking.

First that ask me to pay more than the price I booked the hotel. Later they asked me to leave the hotel at midnight 1 am. Though my booking was for 24 hrs. No food was available at the hotel. Flush was not working in washroom. Uncleaned bedsheet was there on bed.

No cleainess at all
