Casa Felini - Homestay

We spent two nights at this house and had a very pleasant stay. The house is nice, clean, well-maintained, and located right in the centre, making it very convenient for getting around. The owner is a real gentleman, friendly, helpful, and attentive.

One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide a kettle, along with a few coffee sachets and tea bags, so guests can enjoy a hot drink upon arrival. These items are inexpensive and would make the stay even more comfortable. It would also be nice to provide a small bottle of drinking water for guests, especially when they arrive, so they do not need to search for a place to buy water immediately.

Świetna lokalizacja. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Mieszkanie i pokój utrzymane w charakterystycznym lokalnym klimacie, naprawdę super :D Czysto, schludnie, a sam właściciel bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy. Świetny kontakt. Gorąco polecamy.

Nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Brak minusów.

Der Check In hat nicht funktioniert. Man stand vor verschlossenen Türen, da der Gastgeber stundenlang nicht erreichbar war und nicht mitgeteilt hatte, dass man eine andere Person zum Check In kontaktieren muss. Es gab also keinen Code zum Öffnen der Eingangstür. Die bei der Buchungsbestätigung angegebene Telefonnummer war nicht erreichbar.. Per Zufall wurde von einem anderen Gast die Tür geöffnet. Die Küche darf nicht benutzt werden. Diese Info steht nicht im Buchungsportal, aber dann überall im Haus. Dass man den Boiler für Warmwasser im Bad anstellen muss- keine Info darüber .... das Bett: aus dem vorigen Jahrhundert; die Spungfedern im Rücken, unbequem, klein, die Matratze völlig alt und durchgelegen. Die Kommunikation mit Booking.com bezüglich des Aufenthalts ergab weder eine Entschuldigung des Gastgebers noch ein Entgegenkommen.

Great place, with charming interior design. Host very welcoming and helpful. No problem with parking in front of the place.
