Great house! PGA West is a beautiful, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Decent distance to Empire Polo Club for Coachella and Stage Coach. House was clean, modern, and had great amenities (pool, bbq, & games). Host was easy to communicate with.

We had internet issues but it seemed to be a Spectrum issue to no fault of the host.
