Hôtel de la Ferme Lamy

Was ok for one night. Looks better in the pictures. Room was small and bed to firm for me. Hot with no fan.

All 1st class. A small bar would be appreciated. Breakfast expensive. Excellent pool.

So peaceful. Beautiful setting. Booked at short notice as had change of plans. Lovely room. Pool super(bit cold for me🤣). The best however was the delicious evening meal outside! Fantastic! Delish breakfast too catering for my husband too as gluten free required.

Maybe pool area could be tidier. But a wonderful view!

Incomplete check in lady rushed over and pointed at our door . There was an American couple that had waited 25 minutes . The lady blamed her husband who should have been there . We travel frequently to France, the weather was unseasonable cold and rainy , no heating on in rooms ?

No check in properly , no water in rooms , no milk for tea , generally felt a rushed experience . Meal in evening was a no choice 3 course plat du jour started ok , main a small piece of chicken swimming in a soupy sauce , no vegetable or salad . Desert a bought in brûlée , I would rather have been offered just a nice salad .

our room was cheaper on offer, it was very small, no window (only outside door), the whole part of the hotel gave the impression of a cheap motel, one small room next to the other. Too much plastic. Besides, the place is beautifully located, the old farm makes a good impression, maybe the rooms at the front are better. The room is definitely not worth the price. My rating 6 is so high only because of the surroundings.

Beautiful hotel, lovely clean and charming rooms, stunningly renovated ancient buildings, gorgeous garden and pool, amazing warm service from owners who really care about their guests' happiness! Nothing was too much for the owners to help with (and we were very demanding because I'm on Dialysis and have dietary requirements. The chef owner ran the evening menu by me to check it suited my diet, and got in delicious gluten and dairy free breakfast goodies, which I really enjoyed -especially the baguette!!!). Very generous breakfast buffet, yummy local cuisine at dinner, very considerate staff, always there to help if needed but also gave us the space to enjoy ourselves in the grounds just as if it were our own home! Easy to get into Sarlat and the area around is spectacular! So much to do and see, we will definitely be returning!

Nothing - best hotel ever!

the location is perfect with peace and tranquillity and beautiful surroundings.

No where to refrigerate things like water and juices, but we got by.
