"This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Bel appartement"

Bel intérieur avec rue extérieure un peu vétuste. Pas très loin du centre de Porto.

De l'eau était restée dans la bouilloire et machine à café à notre arrivée !!!! Vitrocéramique, impossible de la faire fonctionner, elle s'allumait bien mais nous ne pouvions pas mettre le thermostat plus haut donc pas servi. Dommage. Appartement un peu humide les serviettes de bain restaient trempées.

"Lovely little apartment just a walk from food & shopping!"

Lovely little apartment, great location with being walking distance from a lot of restaurants and the high street.

The apartment ended up infested with ants by the second to last day due to holes in the bottom of the wall.

L'emplacement du logement est bien à 20min à pied du centre-ville et 10min du métro Trindade. Le quartier est calme, près d'une rue piétonne avec plein de commerces et d'un supermarché Pingo Doce. L'équipement de l'appartement est neuf et moderne. L'appartement est jolie et correspond aux photos. Plein d'espace de rangement. Instructions claires pour accéder au logement.

GuestReady n'a pas respecté l'horaire d'arrivée. Nous avons du attendre plus près de 2h pour avoir accès au logement, car le ménage j'avais pas été fait. Il y avait de la vaisselle sale et moisie dans le lave-vaisselle. La porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas correctement et la poignée était cassée. Une des serviette de bain était déchirée. Au niveau des équipements du logement, cela aurait été bien d'avoir des instructions pour l'utilisation. Il nous a fallu chercher les mode d'emploi pour ouvrir les canapé-lit 1 place, ouvrir la table de la salle à manger pour 4 personnes et mettre les canapés en lit (une chance que tout provient d'Ikea). Les canapés-lit 1 place ne sont pas confortable (limite pour des enfants, mais pas adapté pour des adultes!). Dans la cuisine, il manque plusieurs choses : linge pour essuyer la vaisselle, protection pour sortir les plats chaud du four, condiments de base (sel, poivre, huile...), pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle, sels pour le lave-vaisselle, dosette pour le lave-linge.
