Room was large, modern and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and the service was great.

Basic hotel facilities but to be honest we didn't care as room and location were great

Plastic toilet seat in the room that was loose No toilet paper in our room when we arrived Breakfast was average

Great central location. Loved the fireplace and Mountain View from my room. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I was there on a last minute trip to celebrate my birthday and they made it so incredibly special! They arranged some flowers, wine and snacks which were beautiful and delicious!

The balcony was so small and there was a slight smell of drainage from the bathroom.

The property has a good location and the room had a good view

The room was poorly maintained with stains on the walls, mould on the shower floor, stains in the bath. The pillows smelled bad. The curtains were unclipped on the rails, making it look bad, as as well as holes in the curtains. The images on the advertisement does not reflect the condition of the room. There was a mouldy smell in the bathroom and the place does not represent a boutique hotel rather furnished apartments Rooms are not clean towels are small and stained. This is not what was expected based on the rating and images online.
