"Perfect little home away from home!"

Lovely cabin surrounded by mountain views, we saw so many stars at night. There's a great place to eat and drink (O Barracão), just 10 mins walk from the cabin, and it's only 20 minutes drive from Funchal (we had a rental car, but I believe there's a bus stop nearby too). It felt like a little home away from home, bed was very comfortable, shower was excellent and the little kitchenette had a stove top, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Our host was wonderful, very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

"Idyllisch schlafen mitten in der Natur"

Das Haus ist einfach wunderbar. Wir haben uns jeden Abend gefreut, nach Hause zu kommen und den Holzduft zu riechen. Das Bad ist sehr komfortabel, im Bett schläft man sehr gut und morgens wurde man durch den Eselpapa geweckt. Morgens und abends gab es spektakuläre Landschaft direkt vor der Tür mit immer unterschiedlich gefärbtem Himmel. Monte ist nicht weit entfernt, auch Funchal ist gut zu erreichen. Besonders toll ist aber die Nähe zu verschiedenen Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Und eine tolle Bar gibt es auch ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
