Everything about it. Clean, comfortable, private, peaceful. A helpful, friendly, personable host, who was interested in helping us have a great stay. (Including clear and concise directions and arrival info and great communications via Booking com). Great location including parking. Lovely outside space to relax in. Very friendly and helpful host, great communication. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable and well equipped.

The property was situated in a beautiful location close to Aberaeron and New Quay. It was clean and had all of the amenities we needed for a short stay. The addition of an outdoor seating area also added to the stay.

A nice positioned annex to the main house. Set back from the fairly quiet country Road. Lawns and slate gravel chippings each side of the main vehicle drive…. Very neat. I was able to park my motorcycle out of sight under a tree in the front garden. Keys accessible from key safe which is great as I didn’t have to wait for the owner to return home. A very nicely decorated and furnished room greeted me… with nice clean plus carpets. Generous space shower room with a drencher shower and fairly recent hardware and fittings. Compact and functional mini kitchen with microwave air fryer sink fridge all the recycling facilities. And a little table and two chairs. Perfect. Blackout blinds are brilliant for a good night sleep which was cosy. There is a television if you like such facilities. The room was pleasant and warm. The towels were plush. The owner was an absolute delight, only two willing to help in anyway. Thank you.

To be honest, they really wasn’t anything negative about this accommodation. Everything was as it should be.
